For me, one of the biggest challenges in life is getting older. It seems like there is always so much more to deal with, more bills, more obligations, and less time. Less time for me can often mean that I'm turning a blind eye to the things that used to make me happy, like surfing, going to the gym, or any other form of physical activity. Having less time also means that I focus less on cooking nutritious meals, eating a substantial breakfast, or making sure that I'm even taking a multi-vitamin to make up for my lack of nutrition!
I needed something that I could make a habit of to get me back on track and feeling my best again. Most of all, I needed the energy and motivation that I had back when I was preparing decent meals for myself. I lost motivation somwhere.
